  They have never gotten my order right. While i hate to get into personal insults but the people that work here are stupid. Like i get teenagers being that way but it's the management too. Whom on two occasions messed up my order themselves. Don't get me wrong the managers come off as very nice and courteous people but logic doesn't seem to be one of their strengths.
  
  I see that the owner responds to these reviews and I want to let you know that you won't be able to rectify this for me. I recommend clearing house and hiring new management. Unless the owners are the management. Then I recommend divesting and going into an easier line of work.
  
  You're lucky that your the closest pizza place to bunch of hotels filled with out of towners who can't leave "Chicago" without trying stuffed pizza.

  Our waitress was friendly but was kind rude with her mannerisms. We only ordered water and the first round was fine but it took almost 20 minutes just to come back and check on us and when she brought more, it's like she slammed them on the table. Pretty much she got our food ordered and forgot about us. She also did a lot of sitting and walking around but only glanced our way to see if we were good. On the plus side, the food was phenomenal tasting!!

  Well first of all, I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at my table. Then one lady walked by, I had to stop her and ask could I at least get something to drink. She said she'd be right back. She never came back! Then finally about 10 more minutes, someone came to take my order and he couldn't even tell me if you guys served tea or not. He was completely unfamiliar with the menu! Then after I just went ahead to tell him what I wanted, he had to go get another menu for him to look at and he kept repeating my order back to me as if he couldn't comprehend simple English! Then after waiting another 10 minutes, he finally brings my drink, that looked watered down, glass was half full, and glass was filthy like he went and grabbed it off of another table. The food itself is great but the service here is horrible! My table was filthy, my silverware was dirty! Please do better!!

  I have been to multiple Giordano's locations and this is the only one I would never refer to anyone. My girlfriend and I waited for over 10 minutes after being seated when there were only 4 other tables being occupied. I had to stand up and ask for service. Once the waters showed up, which took an additional 5 minutes, we ordered an app and our pizza. It took 20 minutes to get the calamari dish. I had to stand up and grab silverware off of another table. The pizza was delivered on time and she fed us with our appetizer plates and never took away the empty appetizer platter..maybe that's customary, I don't know. She checked on us after 5 minutes, so no problems there. After 10 more minutes she checked on us again so, once again, no problems there. But then, she just disappeared. It's like they had a cubby in the back because almost no servers were walking around. But there were only a few people that were seated so i do get that. After 30 minutes of not being checked on I stood up and asked a gentleman waiter to go find my waitress the lack of service is probably in the top 10 worst places I have ever been to. Good food...absolutely horrendous service

  Good food but the service is straight out of the seventh gate of hell. Pizzas good but it took over an hour and a half to get a deep dish pizza, and the service is almost nonexistent. The only time someone did come to our table voluntarily, it was the bus boy and he took our unfinished drinks with him! Not worth it at all,
