  One thing that I look for in a quality restaurant is the service. I don't know many places that give 5 star service but here is 5+. And on top of that the food is unbelievable. No wonder why they are one of the top cafes in Matteson. Thank you for the pleasant experience hidden mana.

  First of all, I love the way this place looks. I love the name and the location. It is truly a hidden gem in the community. I have been many times and I enjoy the meals at all times of the day. One of my favorite dishes, the catfish and grits can be a meal for anytime of the day. But I have tried many dishes, beverages, and the desserts and I love it. I enjoy inviting people to this place, all of my guests have enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I find it to be a great place to meet with a group and to also catch up on private conversations with a good friend. I can't wait to go back.

  Nice atmosphere. Employees a bit unprofessional. They were being loud and saying personal things where everyone could hear. It may have been towards the end of the day but there were still customers. Despite that, I would go back. I like this place for family and single dining.

  Wonderful and affable staff. Great atmosphere. You cannot go wrong with any of the soup or gumbo options which are all seasoned very well. The blackened salmon was not as good as I have had, a little over cooked. While the decor is acceptable, a customer waiting area is very much needed. Customers waiting to be seated will feel like pin balls between incoming patrons and staff entering/leaving the kitchen.
  
  Hidden Manna is by far one of the better restaurants in the south suburbs. The areas for improvement should be no means detract patrons from enjoying the impressive menu and vibe of this hidden gem.
